Q. Are the products in the Eternalist kit the same size as the individuals?
A. Yes, They are the same size, same packaging. The sets are designed to give you an opportunity to try our products in different combinations.
Q. How do I order the Eternalist Skin Care System?
A. All Beyond Skin Science products are available exclusively on our website. Your online purchase is secure, confidential and guaranteed.
Q. Once I place an order, how long do I have to wait for my products to arrive?
A. Your order will be shipped within TWO DAYS of your purchase. We ship via US Postal Service, Priority Mail.
Q. Do you charge for shipping and handling?
A. No shipping charges apply to our Eternalist Anti Aging Complete regimen, when shipped to anywhere in the US. Shipping rates will apply to all other product combinations, or when purchased separately. International shipping rates are standard, based on total package weight.
Q. Do you ship outside the USA?
A. Yes. Since different rates may apply for each country. You will be advised of those costs prior to checkout. We currently ship to many countries, including Canada, Australia, United Kingdom and New Zealand. Please, send us an email if you would like to see our products in your country.
Q. Do I have to use all products together?
A. Eternalist products can also be used individually. We recommend that you use the entire system twice a day for best results. We also encourage you to use Eternalist products to restore, and improve your skin if you are currently using any conventional, over the counter products for the treatment of certain skin conditions. Products containing Benzoyl Peroxide, for example, are known suspects to have serious side effects on your skin, like irritation, cell mutations or even premature aging. If your chose to treat visible skin problems with these over the counter products, or trust your skin to conventional "professional salon" lines, you may notice a big difference by just using our Eternalist Skin Purifying Cleanser followed by the Hydrating Mist.
Q. Can I use Eternalist products after a chemical peel or micro abrasion?
A. No. You may experience some discomfort. Eternalist products work because our formulas are very active promoting new skin re-generation, wrinkle reduction, pore size reduction, and deep cleansing. Chemical peels and mechanical "sanding" leaves your skin very sensitive, irritated or with tiny lacerations. Follow your esthetician or Doctor's advise if you recently underwent any of these aggressive procedures. A good rule of thumb is to wait for at least two weeks before starting on our products.Our advise is that you begin with Eternalist Skin Purifying Cleanser, followed by the Hydrating Mist, before moving on to the Intensive Day Treatment and the Anti Wrinkle Night Cream. If you experience ANY discomfort, you should wait until your skin is back to normal, and then try your Eternalist products.
Q. When will I see a difference in my skin?
A. You will notice the quality of your Eternalist products after the first time you use them. Many of our customers feel an immediate difference in clarity and tone after cleansing, and begin to see the difference in pore size reduction and wrinkle depth expression within days. Although every persons skin is a little different from the rest, we encourage you to monitor your personal progress very closely, and to pay attention at how other people perceive the changes in your complexion.The benefits are received on your skin right away, and a visible difference will be noticed with continued use.
Q. Do any other companies have your same formulas?
A. No. Many products may include the same ingredients, but Beyond Skin Science blends them using a proprietary process that optimises their efficacy and "supercharges" the product.
