Return Policy for US Customers:

Beyond Skin Science Corporation guarantees a full refund on returned products, unconditionally. Simply return the products within 30 days to our Distribution Center and send us an email to:

customercare@beyondskinscience.com

Please, include your order number, full name and delivery address, in your request for credit

Your credit will be processed the same day we receive your returned products and a notification will be sent to you for your records. You will not be credited for the costs of shipping. Only one credit for the same customer, same delivery address or credit card number will be accepted. Repeat attempts to receive credits from the same origination address or credit card number will result in blocking of thesubscriber or account.

Lost Shipments:

Any lost or unconfirmed shipments inside the US will be re-shipped to you a second time. We will attempt to recive delivery confirmation before we ship you a second order. We will not be able to process more than one incident for the same customer or delivery address.

International Customers: 

Your purchase is 100% satisfaction guaranteed. Simply return your item to our Distribution Center within 30 days afte your received it, and send us an email to:

Your credit  will be processed the same day we receive your return products and a notification will be sent to you for your records. You will not be credited for the costs of shipping. We will not be able to process more than one incident for the same customer or delivery address. 

Lost or Abandoned Shipments: 

We cannot guarantee a final delivery schedule, since every country will have different local delivery methods. For International orders, we use the USPS SCAN form to track all shipments outside the US.

If your International purchase is not received within your normal period, we will make a reasonable attempt to locate your package; if your package cannot be located, Beyond Skin Science Corporation will request you to pay a $50.00 (USD) shipping charge, and ship you a new order at our own expense, which will be in place of a refund. Your replacement package will be declared as a GIFT on your Customs Declaration Form, since you were not rquired to pay for the products. No cash or credit card refunds will be given for International orders that are reported as lost or not delivered. We will not process more than one incident for the same customer, delivery address or credit card number.

International Duty Fees:

Please be aware of your country's policies on local taxes, duties or other charges that could apply to items recieved from the US. We will not refund your purchase if we are notified that you refused delivery due to reasons associated to local policies on taxes or international duty fees.
